Will the mini-comic you did for Oily Comics be available to buy online?
Pretty soon I think! I got my latest subscription package (my comic included) from Oily a day ago and I know Chuck likes to send ‘em to the subscribers first then put ‘em online. I will post a link when it’s up! Thanks!
Within the first ten minutes of our conversation, we’re bemoaning the loss of the 14th st. Virgin Megastore. You know never what you’ll become nostalgic for in the moment — maybe, given enough time on this earth, we eventually become nostalgic for everything, chain stores and all. Leslie Stein…
I listened to that podcast you posted. Do you have anymore like that?
Hey! I’m happy to hear that! I didn’t think anyone would! I didn’t want to bum anyone out either, but I thought it was a great listen. A lot of the podcasts on that site (philosophynow.org/podcasts) are great. My favorites so far were “Philosophy and Literature” and “Love”.

Hey! I’ll be at SPX in a week! I’ll be signing EOTMC Vol. 1 and the new Vol. 2 at the Fantagraphics table, as well as reading at this panel at 5:30 Sunday:
R. Sikoryak’s Carousel at SPX
Cartoonist R. Sikoryak (Masterpiece Comics) brings a special edition of his Carousel series of performative comics readings to SPX. Buckle up for entertainment as Sikoryak, Lisa Hanawalt (My Dumb Dirty Eyes), Sam Henderson (The Magic Whistle), Michael Kupperman (Tales Designed to Thrizzle), Anders Nilsen (Rage of Poseidon), Leslie Stein (Eye of the Majestic Creature) and Kriota Willberg ((NO) Pain!) read from their work, accompanied by projection.
Do you still sell single issues of EOTMC or did that get nipped in the bud once the collections became a thing? I picked up #5 on a whim the other day at Quimby's in Chicago but didn't see anymore. I'm old fashioned that way. Thanks.
Issues 1, 2, 3, and 5 are still in print and available from me or my etsy shop or Secret Acres… If you want them from me directly we can do a Paypal thingy and I’ll send them your way. Thanks for asking, I’m old fashioned too.
